Established over 40 years ago, the Shoalhaven City Art Collection has grown into a substantial collection. It includes works by important Australian artists, a strong regional and Shoalhaven representation and a large collection of late colonial watercolours, oils and photographs of the Shoalhaven area by Samuel Elyard.
